Construction Project Manager

Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid work combining remote, office, and active construction-site environments. Regular travel to project sites, local jurisdiction offices, meetings, training, and industry events is required.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, procurement strategies, construction packages, and project documentation.
• Manage bidding, contractor and subcontractor selection, buyout, contracts, permits, drawings, revisions, and change orders.
• Coordinate Site Superintendents, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, field personnel, clients, Owner's Representatives, and internal teams.
• Monitor performance, reporting, quality control, site safety, organization, cleanliness, claims, and project completion.
• Manage Built Green and Earth Advantage certifications and help implement construction technologies and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing new construction projects, preferably multifamily or residential.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Construction Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with construction scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and cloud-based platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong construction methodology, project management, engineering, communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work outdoors and travel regularly to project sites.
