Company

Provides scheduling, program controls, and infrastructure advisory services for large, complex heavy-civil programs.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain integrated master schedules across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
  • Review baseline schedules and updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, progress, resource loading, and cost loading.
  • Perform critical-path, longest-path, what-if, recovery, acceleration, and schedule-risk analyses.
  • Evaluate time-extension requests and Time Impact Analyses, documenting entitlement, concurrency, and float ownership.
  • Conduct forensic delay analysis using as-planned versus as-built, windows, and collapsed as-built methods.
  • Prepare narrative reports, look-aheads, S-curves, KPI dashboards, and risk mitigation recommendations while mentoring junior schedulers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, structural, transportation, systems, or related engineering.
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects valued above $500 million.
  • Experience developing CPM baseline schedules, resource or cost loading, progress updates, and variance analyses.
  • Experience evaluating time-extension requests or Time Impact Analyses and documenting positions on delay and entitlement.
  • Proficiency with project, construction, and risk-management software such as Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, or Acumen Fuse.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in engineering.
  • PSP, CFCC, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PMP, or CCM certification.
  • Owner’s representative experience as a lead scheduler on infrastructure programs exceeding $1 billion.
  • Experience supporting mediation, dispute review boards, or arbitration proceedings involving schedule delay claims.

Culture & Benefits

  • Unlimited flexible time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
  • Health, dental, vision, flexible spending, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with a guaranteed employer contribution.
  • $2,500 annual professional development allowance and formal career planning.
  • Wellness stipend, employee assistance, financial planning, meal planning, and nutrition support.

Hiring process

  • This is a future-opportunities talent-pool posting rather than an active project vacancy.
  • Applications and interviews are conducted in advance; selected candidates are notified first when project needs arise.
  • Employment may be subject to work-authorization verification, a background check, and a drug test.
