What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated, risk-adjusted project baselines for major capital projects.
• Manage Primavera P6 schedule hierarchies, performance baselines, schedule variance tracking, and database integrity.
• Apply quantitative risk analysis, including Expected Monetary Value and Sensitivity Analysis, to forecast project performance.
• Integrate workarounds, logic paths, resource constraints, contingency plans, cost of quality, and schedule controls.
• Assess commercial contract schedules and forecast the schedule and change-management impacts of contract scope.
• Advise project managers and leadership while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of dedicated project-scheduling experience; or 6+ years of construction/engineering experience including 2+ years as a project scheduler; or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project-scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software, database development, and database utilization.
• Advanced spreadsheet development, utilization, and controlled data manipulation skills.
• Integrated knowledge of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Strong situational leadership, stakeholder management, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Experience in large-scale industrial capital project environments.
• Experience developing, assessing, analyzing, and progressing complex schedule hierarchies.
• Experience applying integrated thinking and value-based decision-making to engineering and construction portfolios.
