Senior Project Scheduler (Capital Projects & Risk Management)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize qualitative, risk-managed integrated project baselines for major capital projects.
• Manage Primavera P6 schedule databases, performance baselines, schedule variance tracking, and schedule hierarchies.
• Apply quantitative risk analysis, including Expected Monetary Value and sensitivity analysis, to forecast project performance.
• Integrate workarounds, logic paths, resource constraints, contingency plans, cost of quality, and schedule controls.
• Assess contract schedules and forecast the impact of scope changes and commercial management decisions.
• Advise project managers and leadership while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of dedicated project scheduling experience; or 6+ years of construction/engineering experience including 2+ years as a project scheduler.
• A bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project scheduling experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, schedule database development, spreadsheets, and controlled data manipulation.
• Integrated knowledge of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Strong situational leadership, stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Experience in large-scale industrial capital project environments.
• Advanced experience developing and analyzing complex schedule hierarchies.
• Experience applying integrated thinking and value-based decision-making across engineering and construction portfolios.
