What you will do

• Assess and post domestic and international revenue to customer subledger accounts.
• Interpret contracts and identify fee triggers to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Prepare and maintain customer fee matrices and update assessment files for amendments.
• Audit and reconcile files to ensure final relocation criteria match invoiced fees.
• Collaborate on special projects and participate in internal and client conference calls.
• Review current processes and suggest efficiencies to improve the accounting workflow.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or administration.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving percentages, discounts, and ratios.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time-bound tasks and strict deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for writing correspondence and coordinating with teams.
