What you will do

• Ensure robust internal controls and standardized accounting processes to safeguard compliance with Group requirements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and IFRS conversion.
• Develop and manage financial reporting and data visualization using Excel and Power BI.
• Lead financial variance analyses across multiple segmentation levels to enhance decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual budget planning process and quarterly forecasting.
• Drive the digitalization and automation of financial systems and ERP tools to enhance scalability.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within an international and fast-growing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Power BI (Front End and/or Back End).
• Experience with IFRS.
