What you will do

• Lead and support a small finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Handle elements of European payroll, specifically for Ireland and/or the UK.
• Perform complex data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation using advanced Excel.
• Implement and optimize financial processes using emerging tools and AI.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid).
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Proven expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
