Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate project financial administration, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
• Manage project cash flow, net assets, liabilities, and unfunded work.
• Oversee the monthly billing process, including invoice preparation and contractual compliance.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and percent-complete updates.
• Administer accounts payable and receivable, resolving financial disputes with vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek ERP systems.
• Background in project-based accounting environments.
