Instructional Designer (Education): Designing and developing engaging, learner-centered training solutions to support associate performance and business outcomes with an accent on interactive eLearning and blended learning modalities. Focus on collaborating with subject matter experts, utilizing Articulate Storyline, and continuously improving learning experiences through data-driven insights.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $69,500 – $104,200

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Create diverse training materials including instructor-led content, microlearning, and job aids.
• Publish and maintain learning content within LMS/LXP platforms using SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Collaborate with project leads to manage timelines and quality standards for learning assets.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and completion data.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an instructional design or learning development role.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with high learning agility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vyond, InDesign, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
• Basic project coordination or agile development experience.
