What you will do

• Define and implement instructional design standards, templates, and best practices across the training portfolio.
• Establish scalable product development workflows in partnership with product managers and leadership.
• Design engaging learning experiences that translate complex safety and regulatory content into actionable training.
• Lead the development of high-quality learning products from concept through launch.
• Partner with subject matter experts to shape content into structured, learner-centered experiences.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design as a core principle across all learning products.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience designing learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, and blended modalities.
• Proven ability to create structure and processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and familiarity with SCORM/xAPI.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI or emerging technologies to enhance development speed and learner engagement.
• Background in microlearning or scenario-based learning approaches.
