Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Germany)

hirify.global is an ETH Zurich spin-off providing AI-powered Real Estate Decision Intelligence software to help decarbonize buildings and optimize financial performance.

What you will do

  • Scale the German market by personally generating and closing enterprise customers to deliver €1M+ new ARR.
  • Establish the company as a category leader in Real Estate Decision Intelligence through senior industry relationships and associations.
  • Execute a hunter–builder sales motion, managing complex enterprise deals (€50k–500k ACV) with C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and PR teams to shape the GTM strategy and product roadmap based on market insights.
  • Lay the foundation for scalable growth by creating sales playbooks and mentoring future commercial team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years in institutional real estate (asset/fund management or top-tier advisory).
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales and building end-to-end pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of institutional real estate decision processes and LP–GP–Asset Manager dynamics.
  • Fluent in German and English (business and written).
  • Valid EU / German work permit.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience and cross-border relationships within Europe to generate pipeline beyond Germany.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering/Architecture.
  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, CAIA, or CFA.
