What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives across multiple industry verticals in the UK, Germany, and France.
  • Own the P&L for the assigned regions to deliver a revenue contribution of $20M+.
  • Drive consultative enterprise sales of CompactifAI to large corporates and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for complex deals ranging from €300K to multi-million euros.
  • Engage C-level executives as a trusted advisor to translate technical AI and quantum value into strategic business outcomes.
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for target verticals in alignment with EMEA commercial direction.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP).
  • Minimum 5 years of direct AI selling experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (€300K–multi-million).
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, Paris, or Munich on a hybrid basis.
  • Professional English and fluency in the local language (German for Germany, French for France).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • MBA combined with a technical degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, model compression, and quantum computing.
  • Established network in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Finance, or Energy.
  • Experience expanding into new markets within a startup or scale-up context.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
