Salary: $109,200 - $184,080 (base, USD)

What you will do
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Own and oversee the full sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop business plans for the assigned territory and create territory and opportunity plans from discovery to next sales steps.
- Strategically engage customers and business partners to deliver a superior customer experience and maintain high service levels.
- Lead a virtual team (partners, presales, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success) to deliver sales wins and ongoing account coverage.
- Use channel management and reporting tools for accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.
Requirements
- Experience as a Strategic Account Executive/Account Executive who can lead first engagements and discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
- Strong ability to understand and present the value of Identity Security solutions and competitively position against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Ability to initiate, navigate, and manage discussions across business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Proven capability to lead virtual teams and operate as a team (not independently) to drive deals to closure.
- Ability to build and maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce activity/hygiene.
- Location: Must work remotely from the United States (Michigan territory).
