What you will do
- Lead a team managing enablement systems, content governance, and readiness intelligence.
- Establish the operating model for enablement platforms, clarifying stakeholder responsibilities and intake processes.
- Define the go-to-market content governance strategy to ensure sales-facing assets are trusted and ready for AI retrieval.
- Set the enablement technology strategy, integrating tools like Seismic, Salesforce, and GPT-based experiences.
- Design measurement frameworks to connect platform adoption and seller readiness to revenue outcomes.
- Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to ensure architecture supports intelligent seller workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience leading enablement platforms or revenue technology functions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in content governance, taxonomy, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on fluency with modern revenue tech stacks including Salesforce, Seismic, and conversation intelligence tools.
- Practical understanding of how generative AI and LLM-based systems retrieve and apply enterprise content.
- Strong analytical instincts with experience designing measurement frameworks for sales performance.
