What you will do

• Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and white spaces in the consumer landscape.
• Support the end-to-end process of taking new companies from concept to launch.
• Source and assess investment opportunities, leading due diligence across commercial and competitive dimensions.
• Synthesize findings to formulate clear investment recommendations for the founder.
• Plan and host events to maintain a thriving community of founders and investors.
• Represent the firm in the startup ecosystem both online and in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, VC, or startups.
• Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate to Berlin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience and interest in using AI tools for productivity.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
