What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, leading strategic and technical customer engagements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to identify gaps and uncover opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Design and present tailored solutions incorporating conversational AI, automation, and intelligent routing.
  • Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling demonstrations, business cases, and reusable assets for AI-led CX transformation.
  • Collaborate with account teams and product specialists to position differentiated, future-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to connect business challenges with technology solutions, specifically AI or automation use cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Solid understanding of modern IT environments, including cloud/SaaS architectures and integration concepts.
  • Foundational knowledge of machine learning and conversational interfaces.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer experience (CX) or contact center domains.
  • Hands-on experience with AI bots or analytics-driven automation.
  • Knowledge of AI-related services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Background in digital transformation or business process optimization.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
