What you will do

• Resolve complex firmware and hardware issues for server systems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage the end-to-end RMA process and coordinate warranty replacements with vendors.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for L1 and L2 technical teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, support processes, and training materials for the hardware team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement hardware workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Analyze equipment monitoring data to identify trends and improve infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
• Deep knowledge of data center environments and server hardware architecture.
• Strong practical experience in hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• English: High proficiency in spoken and written communication required
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with component-level electronics repair (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
