Team Lead/Head of Special Sales (Ecommerce): Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of major commercial events and inventory sell-off initiatives with an accent on analytical rigor, brand elevation, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of major commercial events like Black Friday and Collection Days.
- Develop inventory monetization and sell-off strategies while balancing commercial performance and brand positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities through commercial analysis and customer insights, leveraging AI and automation.
- Monitor KPIs and steer corrective actions to ensure business performance targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Pricing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Creative teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial, category management, sales, or e-commerce.
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.
- Deep understanding of premium home & living customers and interior design trends.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be based in Munich or willing to relocate for a hybrid role.
