Project Manager

Location: Must be based in or near Warsaw, Poland, with a requirement to work from the office at least twice a week.

Salary: 6,333 PLN — 12,500 PLN per month.

What you will do

• Manage projects from A to Z, including digital assets, campaigns, and event materials.
• Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, progress, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Monitor brand performance, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in regular market status calls and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar agency or in-house role.
• Excellent English (C1) proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
