What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize hiring processes.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives to support global expansion.
• Maintain recruiting databases and ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline through networking and community engagement.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required for stakeholder coordination.
• Proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
• Positive attitude towards the crypto industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3 or crypto companies.
• Market mapping experience for global or Asian markets.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
