What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and workforce plans.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing for software engineers, engineering managers, architects, DevOps, data engineers, QA, frontend developers, product managers, and technical leadership.
- Perform talent mapping and market intelligence research across the Philippines and regional markets.
- Build candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs and drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and strengthen employer brand in engineering communities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with significant focus on Engineering and Technology hiring.
- Proven success recruiting software engineers and technical leadership talent.
- Experience recruiting in technology and/or fintech/electronic payments/digital banking/internet/cryptocurrency companies.
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Ability to assess technical talent and partner effectively with engineering leaders.
- Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.
