TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (Web3): Identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent for infrastructure, AI, and blockchain roles with an accent on full-cycle recruiting and strategic partnership with engineering leadership. Focus on building high-quality candidate pipelines, scaling technical organizations, and optimizing hiring processes in highly competitive markets.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $160K – $210K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software, Infrastructure, Product, Security, Data, and Technical Operations.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Drive candidate engagement and ensure an exceptional experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Advise hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview design.
  • Utilize recruiting data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and build scalable recruiting programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company or executive search firm.
  • Proven success hiring software engineers across multiple levels, from early-career to staff-level.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive technical candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for technical domains like distributed systems, backend engineering, AI/ML, or security.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI, fintech, or blockchain.
  • Experience hiring Staff+, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Experience supporting rapid scaling in growth-stage to late-stage startup environments.
