Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York
Salary: $160K – $210K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software, Infrastructure, Product, Security, Data, and Technical Operations.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure an exceptional experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Advise hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview design.
- Utilize recruiting data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and build scalable recruiting programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company or executive search firm.
- Proven success hiring software engineers across multiple levels, from early-career to staff-level.
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive technical candidates.
- Experience recruiting for technical domains like distributed systems, backend engineering, AI/ML, or security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from San Francisco or New York.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI, fintech, or blockchain.
- Experience hiring Staff+, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting rapid scaling in growth-stage to late-stage startup environments.
