What you will do

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and talent databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and manage logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics within the ATS.
• Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employer branding and university outreach programs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent sourcing, or HR operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or digital banking environments is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever platforms.
• Experience with recruitment tools and process automation.
