What you will do

  • Lead a recruiter pod, ensuring the team remains focused and performing while maintaining a substantial personal req load.
  • Translate team goals set by the Head of TA into individual priorities and clear expectations for direct reports.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s focused on professional growth, pipeline health, and performance management.
  • Perform quality checks across the full recruiting process, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate communication.
  • Coach direct reports on recruiting craft, stakeholder management, and career development.
  • Take ownership of the most complex and senior searches within the pod's scope.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or pod leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a full req load while supporting the development of others.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategy, pipeline management, and candidate experience.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
