What you will do

• Provide technical and managerial leadership to the growing fulfillment team.
• Oversee international order processing, shipping, and customs operations for EU and third countries.
• Manage and optimize intercompany material supply between international locations.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify and implement sustainable process optimizations in the supply chain.
• Ensure adherence to legal and internal compliance requirements and support audits.

Requirements

• University degree in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or similar.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in order processing, fulfillment, or international logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• In-depth knowledge of export controls, customs, and international shipping processes.
• Extensive management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems.
