Salary: £25,200–£28,500 plus £5,441 London Weighting Allowance

What you will do

• Research, create, and maintain detailed metadata for audio and video content across the distribution hierarchy.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and provide guidance to resolve data-related issues.
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc content reports.
• Undertake data enhancement projects to improve the quality and integrity of the content catalogue.
• Perform data reconciliation to support migrations from legacy systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Demonstrable experience in an administrative or data management role, preferably within a media environment.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating large volumes of media metadata.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service approach with experience liaising with internal and external parties.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to team rotas.

• Experience working with contractual documents and legal language related to rights and distribution.
• Understanding of hirify.global/hirify.global Studios content acquisition and investment systems.
