Salary: £39,276–£42,771 per annum

What you will do
- Manage a caseload of families with additional and multiple needs, providing tailored support and interventions.
- Conduct whole-family focused assessments to identify strengths and needs within the home and community.
- Work directly with children and young people to ensure their voices are incorporated into planning processes.
- Collaborate with social workers and multi-agency partners to support families in care or transitioning from statutory services.
- Prepare professional reports and attend court proceedings to provide evidence on specific cases when required.
- Facilitate parenting workshops and provide structured guidance to vulnerable families.
Requirements
- Must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, outcome-focused support to children and families.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and partnerships across internal and external agencies.
- Understanding of effective practice and policies affecting children and families.
- Experience in preparing professional reports and assessments for children.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in service delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience in supervised family time contact services.
- Experience in delivering parenting programmes or non-violent resistance training.
- Experience working in both public and voluntary sectors.
