Working Student (HR Governance & PMO)

TL;DR

Working Student (HR Governance & PMO): Supporting the HR Strategy & Innovation team by managing HR governance bodies and providing PMO support for global HR projects with an accent on committee administration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on facilitating HR Council sessions, tracking project action items, and gaining hands-on experience in a global technology group.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid or On-site).

What you will do

• Coordinate and administer HR governance bodies, specifically the HR Council.
• Schedule sessions, prepare agendas, and align with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and track decisions and open action items.
• Act as PMO for global HR projects including HR Strategy, M&A, and system rollouts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in business, HR, law, project management, or psychology.
• Business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable approach.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany for quarterly on-site HR councils.
