What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with labor law.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and HR database records.
• Advise employees on HR-related inquiries and company policies.
• Collaborate with the People & Organization team to refine and optimize HR processes.
• Ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in business administration or HR.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management.
• Solid knowledge of labor law.
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in HR software like Personio and Microsoft Office.
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.
