What you will do

• Hold full P&L responsibility for the London market, managing a business approaching $100M in annual revenue.
• Lead four local teams: Driver Operations, Quality & Training, Sales, and Marketing.
• Manage the offline product, including pricing, availability, and fleet composition.
• Drive business development by identifying and capitalizing on new partnerships and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and navigate regulatory strategies within London's complex licensing environment.
• Represent the company externally through press, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university.
• 7-10 years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or high-growth tech.
• Based in Central London.
• Proven leadership, team management, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
