Compensation: $150,000 base salary with an "at plan" total compensation of $250,000.

What you will do
- Manage and implement sales programs for the assigned region to meet or exceed revenue and profit quotas.
- Hire, coach, retain, and promote talented sales professionals.
- Spend an average of four days per week working in the field with territory managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and medical establishments.
- Analyze regional trends and communicate strategic insights to leadership.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, or pharma industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales management.
- Must reside within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
