What you will do
- Pursue revenue objectives by selling services through channel partners to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.
- Prospect for new business and sales opportunities via the Partner Channel.
- Conduct sales presentations demonstrating voice and data solutions.
- Develop territory plans and collaborate with partners on business planning and marketing execution.
- Protect against customer and partner churn through excellent service and escalation management.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Channel Sales, outside sales, or account management.
- Proven track record in sales, partner-led sales, and executive relationship building.
- Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, ideally within enterprise business applications.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.
