What you will do

  • Pursue revenue objectives by selling services through channel partners to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.
  • Prospect for new business and sales opportunities via the Partner Channel.
  • Conduct sales presentations demonstrating voice and data solutions.
  • Develop territory plans and collaborate with partners on business planning and marketing execution.
  • Protect against customer and partner churn through excellent service and escalation management.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in Channel Sales, outside sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record in sales, partner-led sales, and executive relationship building.
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, ideally within enterprise business applications.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.
