What you will do

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers focused on the Mid-Enterprise segment.
  • Oversee and iterate on the partner engagement model to drive revenue and partner success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimize lead referral pipelines to activate new agency partners.
  • Act as a thought leader and internal advocate for the partner program.
  • Travel up to 25% to meet with partners, team members, and participate in industry events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relationship building experience with a proven track record in influencing.
  • 4-6 years of SaaS account management, channel, or sales experience.
  • Prior management experience with direct revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
