Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 (Base + Annual Variable)

What you will do
- Evaluate and execute partnership opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create enablement materials and co-marketing campaigns.
- Develop project plans to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Train sales and account management teams on partner offerings and referral processes.
- Establish reporting processes to track partner performance, engagement, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in B2B large account or partner management.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership development.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through referral, affiliate, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and using CRM software.
