TL;DR

Partner Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing strategic partnerships to drive revenue and strengthen market position in the home services industry with an accent on relationship building, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on identifying new partnership opportunities, executing co-marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to ensure measurable business growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 (Base + Annual Variable)

What you will do

  • Evaluate and execute partnership opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create enablement materials and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Develop project plans to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Train sales and account management teams on partner offerings and referral processes.
  • Establish reporting processes to track partner performance, engagement, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B large account or partner management.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership development.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through referral, affiliate, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and using CRM software.
