Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) in West London, UK

What you will do
- Own the full CRM calendar from planning through to execution and optimization.
- Develop and enhance automated customer journeys, flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Build a strategic roadmap for WhatsApp and other emerging communication channels.
- Analyze performance data to generate insights that improve repeat purchase and customer value.
- Support future subscription and loyalty initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven CRM experience within a D2C or eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or similar platforms such as Bloomreach, Braze, or Ometria.
- Confidence in creating audience segments, testing campaigns, and refining customer journeys.
- Commercially minded approach with the ability to translate data into business growth.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights independently.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the West London office 3 days per week.
