What you will do
- Own and evolve the CRM and retention strategy across a large D2C customer base.
- Deliver high-performing email and lifecycle campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Analyze customer, campaign, and commercial data to improve conversion and retention.
- Support automation, AI-driven workflows, and process improvements across CRM operations.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Strong CRM experience within a fast-growth D2C or ecommerce business.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with a proven ability to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience managing high campaign volumes across large customer databases.
- Confidence operating independently within a lean, high-accountability environment.
