What you will do

  • Manage and optimize dealer communication journeys using email, WhatsApp, SMS, and notifications.
  • Execute and report on a campaign calendar to support business goals and product roll-outs.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and dealer engagement metrics.
  • Identify and address dealer pain points through data analysis and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Dealer Marketing, Product, and Dealer Services teams to deliver cohesive communications.
  • Ensure smooth dealer journeys by testing and improving automated communication flows.

Requirements

  • Strong background in CRM, specifically in campaign management and journey design.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.
  • Solid data analysis skills with experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Looker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
