What you will do
- Manage and optimize dealer communication journeys using email, WhatsApp, SMS, and notifications.
- Execute and report on a campaign calendar to support business goals and product roll-outs.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and dealer engagement metrics.
- Identify and address dealer pain points through data analysis and feedback.
- Collaborate with Dealer Marketing, Product, and Dealer Services teams to deliver cohesive communications.
- Ensure smooth dealer journeys by testing and improving automated communication flows.
Requirements
- Strong background in CRM, specifically in campaign management and journey design.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.
- Solid data analysis skills with experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
