Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and strengthening relationships within the partner ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Support the development and management of relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and assist in developing strategies to expand presence in Iberia.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Partner Manager to execute prospecting strategies and action plans.
  • Support the follow-up of partner-generated leads and progress pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, BDR, Customer Success, and Product to support growth initiatives.
  • Assist in the organization of marketing events and follow up with attendees and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English (C1+) are mandatory.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning new markets, technologies, and sales strategies.
