What you will do

  • Develop within the SaaS industry and digital sales, adopting a consultative approach.
  • Engage with HR experts to discover their pains, needs, and how to deliver value.
  • Prospect, strategize, and qualify the best leads while partnering with Account Executives.
  • Connect with B2B prospects via cold-calling, LinkedIn, emailing, and other sources.
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team.
  • Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English required.
  • +1 year of experience in outbound/inbound sales or marketing roles, preferably as a successful SDR in a SaaS company.
  • Eager to learn and unlearn, self-motivated, proactive, and driven by achievement.
  • Strong organizational skills, team player, and self-motivator.
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom.
  • Experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
  • Solid understanding of how to roll out successful campaigns.
