Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (average of 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Architect portfolio growth and establish CX as a new strategic business pillar.
• Serve as senior counsel to C-level and transformation stakeholders to influence enterprise strategy.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, profitability, pricing, and scope including QA & QC governance.
• Develop and mentor future leaders using a people-first leadership approach.
• Refine operational ways of working to increase clarity, flow, and velocity across the account.
• Translate emerging market signals into revenue opportunities before they become briefs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business builder focused on long-term value creation and portfolio evolution.
• Fluency in CX (Customer Experience) as a revenue and relationship growth frontier.
• Experience operating upstream with senior clients to shape thinking and influence decisions.
• Strong commercial instinct for opportunity spotting and early-stage growth conversations.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to lead through influence and maturity.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and available for a hybrid work model (4 days/week in office).
