Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 Base (UK) / €43,000 – €52,000 Base (Europe)

What you will do
- Drive new deal flow through aggressive outbound prospecting.
- Execute high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day) as the primary acquisition channel.
- Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to develop pipeline growth strategies.
- Research target accounts and identify key contacts using prospecting tools.
- Communicate the platform's value proposition to prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or Europe
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding personal and professional sales goals.
- Proficiency in English and workplace proficiency in at least one other language (preferably German, Spanish, or French)
- Strong mindset for high-volume outbound execution, specifically prioritizing cold calling over email.
- Ability to work independently, experiment with new tactics, and share findings with the team.
