TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Identifying and winning new clients in the DACH market to grow revenue and profitability with an accent on understanding complex business models in international finance and FX workflows. Focus on building strong financial business cases and managing client portfolios to maximize lifetime value.

Location: Office in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation package available.

hirify.global is a leading fintech company developing sophisticated Currency Management Automation software solutions, recently acquired by BNP Paribas, operating independently.

What you will do

  • Identify and connect with key decision makers in target accounts.
  • Understand potential customers' business models and identify pain points in international finance and FX workflows.
  • Present hirify.global solutions and build strong financial business cases.
  • Lead internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Product) to provide a great customer experience and find new use cases.
  • Manage a client portfolio to maximize customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Strong background with top qualifications in finance, economics, or business administration (Master’s degree or similar).
  • Excellent communication and social skills (face-to-face, via telephone, and email).
  • Native level German required.
  • Fluent level English required.
  • 2+ years experience as a consultant in a leading consulting company or as a treasurer in a larger corporation (preferred).
  • 2+ years in a B2B business development or sales role within the finance or software (SaaS) industry (preferred).
