Account Executive (Fintech)

Account Executive (Fintech): Identifying and winning new clients in the DACH market to grow revenue and profitability with an accent on understanding complex business models in international finance and FX workflows. Location: Office in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation package available.

What you will do

• Identify and connect with key decision makers in target accounts.
• Understand potential customers' business models and identify pain points in international finance and FX workflows.
• Present hirify.global solutions and build strong financial business cases.
• Lead internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Product) to provide a great customer experience and find new use cases.
• Manage a client portfolio to maximize customer lifetime value.

Requirements

• Strong background with top qualifications in finance, economics, or business administration (Master’s degree or similar).
• Excellent communication and social skills (face-to-face, via telephone, and email).
• Native level German required.
• Fluent level English required.
• 2+ years experience as a consultant in a leading consulting company or as a treasurer in a larger corporation (preferred).
• 2+ years in a B2B business development or sales role within the finance or software (SaaS) industry (preferred).
