Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own and evolve paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels.
- Manage the relationship with the paid media agency, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and performance optimization to improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Translate GTM and demand generation priorities into actionable paid media plans.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure accurate tracking and funnel reporting.
- Build and execute a structured testing roadmap for audiences, creative, and messaging.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets (ideally £250k+).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid social platforms.
- Experience managing external agencies or agency-side partners.
- Deep understanding of attribution, CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), and funnel metrics.
- Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
