β Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment cycle for junior and trainee positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions alongside senior talent acquisition managers ;
β Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and senior talent acquisition managers to understand recruitment needs and find the best-fit candidates ;
β Maintain Talent Pools: Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a continuous pipeline ;
β Optimize Recruitment Processes: Partner with the team to improve and streamline recruitment processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
Π’ΡΠ΅Π±ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ:
β A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus ;
β Prior experience (1 year) as a Recruiter, ideally in a digital agency ;
β Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) ;
β Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software is a bonus ;
β Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
