Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom

Salary: £63,200 - £113,500 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon brand outside of Asia, overseeing licensing, marketing, and digital commerce.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial strategy, revenue, buying, and supply planning for European Pokémon Center storefronts.
  • Manage a team of four specialists across forecasting, digital merchandising, and category management.
  • Drive global strategy for Plush and Licensed categories, from opportunity identification to market execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Plan product offerings for European Pop-Up Stores and special events.
  • Contribute to the digital commerce tech roadmap and customer journey optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in retail buying, merchandising, or ecommerce strategy.
  • 1+ year of management experience or equivalent leadership expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau (or similar data tools).
  • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones (e.g., US Pacific Time).
