Salary: £54,400 – £81,600 GBP.

What you will do
- Define and drive an integrated strategy for the AiBLE, UNiD, and Biologics portfolios.
- Translate market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead go-to-market planning, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Develop clinical and economic value propositions to support surgeon adoption and hospital decision-making.
- Provide strategic input into pricing, contracting, and market access decisions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech, including product management or strategic marketing.
- Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions).
- Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies and manage complex deal cycles.
- Strong experience working in a matrix organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel across the Western Europe region.
