What you will do
- Manage licensing deals and partner relationships across the UK, including master toy agreements and Hardlines/FMCG/Promotions licensees.
- Run partner touchpoints (1:1s, quarterly business reviews, top-to-tops) and track financial performance vs forecasts and sales targets.
- Build and manage Joint Business Plans (JBP) covering forecasts, budgets, stretch targets, retail/marketing calendars, and product line plans.
- Develop joint marketing plans per partner and coordinate cross-functional execution with Product Development, Creative, and Quality & Assurance.
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate new category opportunities and prospective licensees/promotional partners; represent at trade fairs and industry events.
- Deliver Hardlines/FMCG/Promotions country strategy with the UK Consumer Products Lead and support UK hardlines retail strategy with the Retail Development Lead.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a consumer products, marketing, or sales role.
- Strong understanding of the licensing environment with direct exposure to licensing processes.
- Experience developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing financial plans (forecasting and performance tracking).
- Proven sales negotiation skills and strong commercial mindset.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.
