CPS Product Leader (DE): Own and drive consumer measurement product opportunities for retailer and manufacturer clients in the European region, with an accent on end-to-end product development and deployment of Consumer Panel tools. Focus on defining product specifications, pricing, go-to-market positioning, and resolving production/process issues while supporting Germany & Switzerland and aligning to global measurement strategy.
Location: Remote (Germany), Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: EUR 80,000 - EUR 105,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own existing Consumer Panel services and act as key contact for Germany & Switzerland, supporting other European countries.
- Manage end-to-end development and deployment of new Consumer Panel tools (client discovery, UX, specifications, Agile development, pricing, deployment).
- Own the product line lifecycle from strategic planning through tactical execution.
- Define market requirements via market research and client visits; support local teams in implementing and aligning to global/regional measurement strategy.
- Support commercial teams with client meetings, RFPs, and internal briefings; conduct competitive assessments to strengthen product positioning.
- Develop marketing communications for go-to-market strategy and serve as an evangelist for ’s Full View strategy in Germany and Europe.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing, Market Research, or related field preferred.
- Experience and/or strong interest in marketing, product leadership, consumer packaged goods, and eCommerce; experience with Nielsen RMS/CPS services is preferable.
- Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams from strategy to execution and build relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Data Science, and Commercial.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical concepts; ability to articulate model concepts and results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel in Europe (up to 20%).
