Salary: £59,690 – £75,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, pricing, and P&L for the EV charger installation business.
• Lead the technical design survey team to ensure quality and consistency in field installations.
• Manage strategic commercial partnerships and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations.
• Drive conversion rates by collaborating with Product and Tech teams on digital sales funnels.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide rigorous commercial reporting to c-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate across marketing, procurement, and legal teams to bring new propositions to market.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in P&L management and unit economics.
• Experience in energy retail, digital e-commerce, or low carbon technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams at pace.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for operating with senior audiences.
• Ability to translate market dynamics and competitor insights into actionable strategy.
