Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (Three in-office collaboration days weekly). Paid relocation available.
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base.

What you will do
- Own .com end-to-end, including site strategy, information architecture, and the roadmap for product and pricing pages.
- Build and execute the CRO program, managing A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to rollout and analysis.
- Optimize the visit-to-signup funnel by identifying drop-offs and shipping fixes to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align the website with paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle strategies.
- Manage the web design and development team (vendor or in-house) and prioritize the website roadmap.
- Drive measurable improvements in overall revenue by connecting site optimizations to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web strategy, CRO, or digital marketing with ownership of a high-traffic marketing website.
- Strong knowledge of conversion fundamentals, funnel design, and SEO/AEO basics.
- Proven ability to write high-converting copy and identify UI/UX friction points.
- Proficiency in self-serving analytics using GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Seattle, WA for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for growth workflows, personalization, and experiments.
